Welcome to the home page of the USTRS, the premier society for Urologists involved with Transplantation and Renal Surgery worldwide. The purpose of the Society is to enhance the quality of physician training, research and patient care in transplantation and renal surgery. The Society was founded in 1975 by Dr. Stuart Flechner and the late Dr. Andrew Novick as the Urologic Society for Transplantation and Vascular Surgery. The name change was approved in 2006 to reflect the changing nature of practice.
